Party Wall
The Party Wall etc., Act – came into force on 1 July 1997 and applies throughout England and Wales. The Act is a mechanism for preventing and resolving disputes in relation to Party Walls, boundary walls and excavations close to neighbouring structures. We provide impartial advice to building owners and adjoining owners in respect of works undertaken under the Act.
