Affordable Housing
We have establised good working relationships with many housing assocations, architects and local contractors who design and build affordable homes. As engineers we have been employed to undertake the structural design of foundations, superstructure elements and externals together with foul and surface water drainage systems (SuDS). These housing developments have ranged from large plots to small infill areas of land.
Our environmental team have also been pivotal in dealing with flood risk assessments and contaminated land issues, producing remediation strategies and validation reports.
We have also been involved in the Principal Designer and Client Advisor role on many of the projects.
