Town Houses in Seaside Resort
These delightful seaside homes have recently been completed in a well known Suffolk seaside resort. The terraces have been designed to complement the existing Victorian housing in the town.
The three-storey dwellings with glazed balconies were constructed in traditional masonry with a steel frame at second floor. We managed to provide considerable cost savings to the client with our innovative engineering design solutions.

Contaminated land assessment to validation - phase I-IV
Substructure and superstructure design
Drainage and externals
Principal designer role (CDM) from construction start to completion
