POINT OF SALE INSPECTIONS

A structural engineer's report is often required by buyers or their mortgagees if a chartered surveyor has drawn attention to cracking or some other symptom of damage.

Our inspection consists of a visual inspection of all accessible parts of the building, assisted by a check for abnormal distortions where practicable.
