It is an unfortunate fact that disputes can often arise over construction projects.

The most common of these are disputes between a client and the builder, but can also often take the form of disputes involving other professionals.

We undertake a number of commissions, both for private clients and builders together with insurance companies to write expert reports that can be submitted for litigation purposes.  Several members of our staff also have extensive experience in attendance and guidance at mediation hearings together with submitting evidence in county court.

Over the last five years the practice has been commissioned for approximately, 250 individual cases, primarily by solicitors, requesting expert evidence.
