The main feature of this refurbishment from a derelict former lifeboat house into a local community facility is the new arch entrance, formed from large glulams and glazing.
This high profile project won an architectural award at the Campaign for Rural England Norfolk awards in November 2008. The project was also shortlisted for the RICS East of England Property Award.
