This new 40 room hotel extension was constructed over an area of existing car parking which had to be maintained in the completed scheme.

Commission:-

• Design of piled foundations
• Design of steel support frame to first floor level, (stanchions located to suit the constraints of the parking bays and existing access)
• Design of first floor transfer deck
