This is a £2.5M scheme consisting of a internal riding area with viewing platform and judges booth.
The left wing consisted of stabling area and tack rooms. The right wing consisted of a small animal unit and cafeteria.

Externally there is a main riding area and several smaller compounds with different riding surfaces and associated car parking.

To the rear of the site external stables surround a yard with an adjacent muck bunker and exerciser.

• Structural design of the buildings
• Design of the surface and foul water systems including retention tanks
• Specification of various hard standings including the riding surfaces.
