Borehamwood
The site of the new hotel had previously contained a vehicle workshop, and part of a refuelling station.
The intrusive ground investigation identified hydrocarbon contamination, associated with buried garage waste which could potentially impact on controlled waters.
JPC Environmental Services carried out the ground investigation, remediation strategy and validated the clean up works. We are presently awaiting Environment Agency feedback.
