JP Chick & Partners Ltd worked alongside Chapman & Pleasance Ltd (Contractors), Nicholas Jacob Architects, Ipswich Borough Council and the Developer Aidan Coughlan on this prestigious project to convert an unused Grade I listed Warhouse and Courtyard to a Wedding Venue, Conference & Meeting rooms, striving Bars, exhibition machinery room and one of the UK's largest outdoor courtyard.

This project was the Winner of Best Commercial Development Over £1 Million 2010 from LABC East Anglia Building Excellence Awards held on Friday 30 April 2010.
