ADNAMS BREWERY, NEW FERMENTING VESSEL ROOMS AND BREW HOUSE

The expansion and updating of the Sole Bay Brewery has been undertaken over a number of years.

New fermenting vessel rooms were constructed within redundant buildings adjacent to the Brew House.  The works involved the construction of a service link beneath the existing Public highway. Ancillary tanks and vessels have been replaced prior to the construction of the New Brew House.

• Design of underpinning and other strengthening works
• To act as party wall surveyor
• Contamination assessment
• To act as CDM Co-ordinator under current CDM Regulations
